This thyroid eye disease patient underwent customized decompression of the lateral and medial orbit with fat removal utilizing a lid crease incision. Six months after surgery she achieved 8mm reduction and no further eyelid surgery was required due to customized bone removal. Also, no diplopia after surgery occurred and no further revisions were needed.
