Insurance Accepted at the Orbital Surgery Center of Excellence

The Orbital Surgery Center of Excellence takes all Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) health insurance plans. Because PPO plans generally provide more freedom than other plans when it comes to choosing a provider or facility, they are among the most popular insurance plans. We do charge a facility fee for all procedures performed at our renowned outpatient surgery center in Los Angeles. Additional fees will vary depending on the procedure, but generally include fees for the surgeon, anesthesiologist, consulting physician, as well as any required laboratory work or pathology.

Each patient is responsible for payments for their treatment. Patients with insurance coverage must pay their deductible and co-pays before surgery, and then we will bill your insurance provider on your behalf. The Orbital Surgery Center of Excellence accepts personal checks (for co-pay ONLY), cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
